This knife is a true multi-purpose tool for fishermen!
The serrated edge on the back of the stainless steel blade makes the removal of fish scales easy.
The blade of the fisherman's knife is sharpened just like a normal Marttiini knife, therefore you can use this knife not only for processing fish but also for many jobs around the house or camp. The textured rubber handle and the finger guard ensure a firm grip of the knife even in cold and wet conditions.
The knife is supplied with a black leather sheath.

It is sturdy and sharp with a practical sheath and will work well to gut and scale my fish! I especially like the Scandinavian grind that I’d easy to sharpen!

Très beau couteau, je l’avais vu en Finlande dans la vitrine d’un magasin fermé et en rentrant je l’ai commandé. Très tranchant, je me réjouis de l’utiliser à la pêche. Il est suffisamment épais pour avoir plusieurs fonctions et suffisamment fin pour faire des filets, même s’il est rigide. Le couteau a juste une défaut mineur à mon avis, disons une chose qui pourrait être améliorée. Il y’a un un petit interstice là où la lame entre dans le manche. Je trouve que ça devrait être étanche pour un couteau fait pour la pêche pour éviter les odeurs. Peut-être que ce n’est pas un problème il faut que je vérifie à l’usage. A acheter sans hésitation pour les amateurs de belles lames.
