Nôž Bastinelli Chopper

The knife is amazing quality. Handle is really grippy, comfortable in the hand. The blade is incredibly sharp, the coating is PVD, so not DLC, but still pretty tough... definitely not poor like teflon or cerakote. This is combat knife, not really an edc one... of course you can edc it, but people will get frightened if you put this on the table in an office I'm sure... it has a mean look... but the form is great for the purpose: This is more of a last ditch weapon created for slashing and piercing. Unfortunately the kydex sheath came really tight (I needed to use extensive force with both hands to remove the knife) so I needed to make adjustments there. The same was with the belt loop it arrived with... needed adjustments. Both was fast thing to do, but still at this price point you would expect better quality control. I gave feedback to Bastinelli and they sent me an instruction video on how to deal with the problems, so they were really kind. Overall I rate the knife 5 star. It's not an everyday carry, but the feeling of it, the airtight presentation box with velcro patches, stickers etc. and the overall quality of the blade is just amazing. Lamnia was of course fast as usual... shipment arrived within 24 hours to Hungary.
