The immense popularity of the original model, the "SanYouGo," has raised the need for a slightly larger version. As the SanYouGo was inspired by a Santoku design, the ChefYouGo is based on the classic chef's knife. To maintain the balance with its slightly longer blade, the handle is also slightly elongated - but without compromising the compactness and flexibility of this concept. The blade is satin finished 440C stainless steel, and the handle features rugged G-10 scales with a red fiber underlay. Includes a black leather sheath.
