An excellent knife absolutely perfect when paired with an axe and folding saw, it's all the knife you'll need. I've done everything from skin small game, chop vegetables,to making feather sticks to start a fire, the sharpness of the knife makes it perfect also for carving with one of the most comfortable handles I've used. This is a perfect example of a Finnish made Puukko, it even comes supplied with a decent sheath. An absolute bargain, if you're thinking of getting one don't hesitate just pull the plug you won't be disappointed. Great service from everyone at Lamnia as always.

I carry this knife every day for food prep. work with raw meat, wood, ropes etc. Very good general purpose knife. Blade has good edge retention. Knife is lightweight. Handle is incredibly ergonomic for hand (glove) size 9. For bigger hands might feel small. For this price point high level of fit and finish. Sheath well made with traditional functional design and good materials - real leather, brass, plastic liner. I am satisfied with product and will not change it, unless my needs change.
