Wästikivi genuine phyllite from the legendary Längelmäki region. Kodinkivi is a versatile sharpening stone, ideal for sharpening kitchen utensils and a wide range of other tools.
At 17 cm long, the generously sized stone is easy to hold securely and comfortably, making sharpening safe and convenient. With normal everyday use, this stone can last for decades.
The fine-grained quartz crystals effectively cut even harder metals, and the stone does not clog even when used on rusty blades. Scythes, brush hooks and debarking irons can therefore be sharpened back to a keen edge with confidence. If the blade is heavily rusted, use more water during sharpening.
Wästikivi Kodinkivi K7 is a highly versatile sharpening stone for puukko knives, scissors and virtually any edged tool.
