Coltello all'altezza delle aspettative, mantiene bene l'affilatura. Dimensioni ragguardevoli, non è proprio un "coltellino". L'acciaio K390 mi ha piacevolmente sorpreso.

So cool! This is my favorite knife. Good ergonomics, light, and long slicey blade.
The Japanese quality isn't as good as Taiwanese or American, sadly. The handle had some rough edges and the blade was sharpened at slightly different angles from each side.Took me nearly 4 hours to re-profile the edge, even tough I used new and rough diamond stones.
The blade starts to get patina just from touching it. This knife isn't so easy to put together after disassembly because of the one pin under the spring.
