It is sharp, looks great and stays sharp longer than expected
Beautiful packaging makes this an excellent gift. Fit and finish is adequate. The ‘handmade’ texture to the blade is rolled on. The blade stock is thinner than a typical European kitchen knife and comes properly sharpened. Decent value.
Great Gyuotou knife. Really comfortable and light, very sharp and thin. Pierces food like butter! Great and beautiful blade. Very happy with it!
