440c Steel is a High carbon Mid range steel The G10 handle feel very well finished.

Very sold
Fantastic ergonomics
Great flipping action, not fast but very smooth
Good for extended use with no hot spots on the handle
Cons
Big in the pocket
Not a deep carry clip
Blade is thick so not the best slicer if you want to use it for food prep
Sharpening
I have the Stone, KME or WorkSharp Blade grinder
In this case I used the W/S BG and the edge is amazing.
Conclusions
If you want this knife you will not be disappointed if you want a food slicer this this is not for you.
