Midgards-Messer Valdis Molon Labe Edition ナイフ, satin

1) metal used seems to be of great quality and tempered well. Holds an edge and can get razor sharp so props for that. 2) it has a very thick coating of something most likely for extra corrosion resistance. This coating is just not very pretty at all and calling it satin is kinda misleading since it doesn't have the usual look and feel of what satin polished metal looks and feels like. 3) sheath and scales are both made ofln a 3d printer, which could've been great. Sadly on the knife I received both the scales and sheath had multiple cosmetic flaws, that made them look and feel cheaply made. 4) textures on the knife like the ridges that runs along the backside of the entire knife are uneven and crooked and there are edges I feel should've been grinded before they heat treates and applied the coating. Overall I don't feel like it lives up to its price
