The PDW Technical Picnic Blanket (T.P.B.) is a best made, versatile and modern, Polartec 100 fleece lined, technical ground sheet, insulated tarp, backcountry throw, and yes, it's pretty handy for those spontaneous wilderness picnics too. The lightweight yet durable nylon ripstop ground liner is impregnated with silicone to repel water and also coated with PU for extra protection against the elements. The T.P.B. is inspired by the classic "cowboy bedroll," but PDW design is updated with modern, lighter, technical materials. The generous 54" x 84" foot print amazingly rolls up into a small 6.5" x 11" stuff sack to easily stash in your pack. This is an American made, technical wilderness blanket that is equally capable for recreational to survival applications.
