使いやすいが刃の角度があるのでククサなどの深めの溝は削るのに工夫している
そして、毎度であるがこのメーカーはシースが無いのでシース作りから始まる。
My initial impression was that Lamnia may have accidentally switched this knife with SD's children's spoon knife. However, I had this knife confused with SDs "big" spoon knife. Looking back, I should have done more research on the subject. However, now that I have a smaller knife in my arsenal, I realize how important a small hook knife is, and am very happy with the product!! The tighter radius is perfect for bowls where you might see knife chatter.
The only negative about this knife is that it comes roughly ground with a secondary bevel. I reshaped all of the edges and polished it up.
5/5 would recommend to a friend, and would also recommend purchasing from Lamnia. Quick and reliable
