The characteristic feature of the Boker Plus Urban Barlow MCF is the extra-long bolster, which is made of titanium and integrates a modern integral framelock as a locking mechanism. The framelock has a stainless-steel inlay and an overtravel stop so that the blade locks securely and without wear. The handle scales are made of wild Carbon Fiber (CF) and underline the contemporary character of the knife. As an alternative to the front flipper, the ball-bearing and hollow-ground droppoint blade made of M390 has a hole for opening the pocket-knife, reminiscent of the nail nick of the original model.
