Big choice for knifes, good package (item protected) but : - 13 working days for a delivery in Europe (ordered the 30th of August, received the 18th of September), orders from China take 7 working days nowadays. - We sent an email on the 10th (afternoon) about the delivery (tracking was not updated for more than 3 working days), we received an answer the 13th (on the morning), so more than 48 days for an email answer (good duration is generally less than 24 hours, normal would be between 24 and 48 hours - I am in the outsourcing industry, so I don't take my numbers from my imagination). - I ordered a flashligh (Klarus XT1C) and in the description, it is stated "4 white light modes +2 red light modes+3 signal modes". There is no red mode on this model (now that I received it, I went to other websites to compare), the description from the XT1C Pro is also pasted on the XT1C. I will not send back this model as I don't want to wait again 14 working days for the delivery, and than the usual 14 days for the refund. I need it, I keep it. I am just not happy because without this decription, I could have chosen another flashligh.
