It's okay. You really have to work the lock to death for a solid 12 hours to get acceptable action out of it. Out of the box the lock is gritty as all hell and stiff as a rock. Had to bend the internal spring to make mine work properly. The screws are tiny for a knife this size and it is very, very easy to strip their threads, even if you are careful when you tighten them up.
