Customer Service team is very helpful, and does not measure efforts to provide a great experience.

I shipped an item to the UK. The price on their website changed multiple times based on delivery country, and in addition to all that I received an additional 78 pounds bill from UPS 3 weeks after. Also the item (a knife) was shipped to me without any supporting documentation whatsoever and there were difficulties with the customs clearance. I was asked ridiculous questions like the size of the knife, photo of the knife, its purpose, etc. I was asked that twice by different people, was receiving multiple calls and emails - total panic at the customs. Me, the customer was asked all these questions. Because the Shipper put absolutely zero documentation to the parcel! I ordered it as a gift requested by my relative and I had absolutely zero interest to get involved into this knife thing. Never again I will order anything from this seller. And their response below is untrue: - in the box with the knife was not a single piece of paper, not even order confirmation or a payment confirmation, not even a piece of paper naming the knife model and that it is civilian item; - 78 pounds include 14.35 disbursement fee of which I wasn't made aware
