I use this knife daily and it has taken some abuse, wonderful materials and fits the gap between small knife and axe for me.
Ein schönes und sehr gut verarbeitetes Messer mit einem tollen Griff. Schön scharf. Auch die Lederscheide ist perfekt gearbeitet.
A very beautiful knife, well worth the few euros extra for the gorgeous curly birch handle.
I have two complaints, though. The handle is so thick, you need glove size 10 at least for a firm grip. Also, the knife did not go all the way down into the sheath, there was empty space between the handle and the inlay. This appears to be the norm with Ahti knives, but it is sloppy work.
In this case, the two issues suggested a simple solution: I sanded down the handle and now have a gorgeous, light leuku.
