תיאור
Roselli's Eskimo Chef, "ulu" in the native tongue, is an excellent addition to a kitchen and can be used from skinning to cutting pizza. Thanks to the curved blade, Eskimo Chef can easily slice food ingredients by using a rolling motion. The blade is made from carbon steel and the handle is birch with a linseed oil coating to ensure a firm grip, even when wet. The Eskimo Chef comes with a knife rack made from birch and also coated with linseed oil.

Excellent knife. We use it for dicing mostly
This is a very well made and beautiful knife. Unfortunately I was hoping for something sized a bit closer to a traditional ulu. By comparison this is huge. I wasn’t clear on how to interpret blade length for a knife this shape and I got it wrong. My mistake. If you want a LARGE ulu then you can consider this 5 stars.
