The objective in the development of the Boker Plus Kalashnikov was to integrate design elements of the AK-47 assault rifle. CNC milling was chosen over die-casting as the manufacturing method for the handle in order to achieve the highest degree of precision. It is made of black hardcoat-anodised 6061-T6 aluminium and has non-slip inserts made of grey G10. They feature the same contour as the front handguard of the famous assault rifle. The most striking key recognisable feature is the blade made of D2, which stylistically corresponds to the bayonet blade of the AK-47. Supplied with a push-button that both opens and unlocks the knife and a clip (tip-up).
