There are two types of axes, stainless head with polyethylene handle is made to deal with the laws of the meat industry. Carbon steel one is made for the user who demands the best mechanical properties and knows how to deal with rust, this axe can be acquired with polyethylene or beech handle.
Both types of axe are casted, then forged and heat treated one by one to ensure each axe quality at its optimum.
