Stunning Asian-Style Nakiri for the Kitchen.
RV Unique has become known for its knives, where visual appeal and practicality blend seamlessly together.
The blade is forge-welded from 80CrV2 and 15N20 steels, with a hardness of 63 HRC.
Slight convex grind, almost straight. Ground "to zero" and given a standard sharpening bevel.
