Prima mes. Zeer goede kwaliteit / prijsverhouding. Goede edge retentie ; scherp uit de doos.
It is konvex ,but it is made like a sekunderi bevel,the konvex is not made from top of the grind , but only the last 3-4 mm to the edge, but a great chopper not so much for batoning
