The blade is made of carbon steel that is perfect for carving and is easy to sharpen to its original sharpness when needed. Remember to take proper care of your carbon steel knife: always dry the blade carefully after each use and oil the blade with unsalted oil on a regular basis. This will ensure your knife will serve you loyally from one year to another.

Manche assez court, ne convenant pas aux grosses mains. Finitions correctes, look sympa. Lame non aiguisée à réception du colis, ce qui est plutôt décevant pour un couteau de cette gamme de prix (2 fois plus cher qu'un MORAkniv ! et bien moins performant). Je suis relativement déçu de mon achat...
