The most traditional Marttiini knife with a beautiful sheath.
The leather tassel at the tip of the sheath depicts the tuft of hair on the tip of the ears of a lynx. It said to frighten away the bad spirits so that the knife will be used only for peaceful purposes.

Beautiful knife, blade and handle, and beautiful sheath. It is in good company with much older family (bought in Lapland by me on a winter road trip from Amsterdam).
