Quite disappointed with this Helle knife. I have purchased a number of Helles and this "Limited Edition" cheap instrument is a demerit to Helle. On the positive side, it cuts well.
Beautiful knife however I’m not at all impressed with the finish. The blade grinding is very uneven and very off center and you can see grinding lines. For a special edition knife the craftsmanship is lacking.
