Swingable fillet knife is a hallmark of EKA knives. This swingable little wonder is the most useful knife imaginable! Practical, safe and razor-sharp, for use at home in the kitchen, on the fishing trip or in the sailboat. The shape of the knife blade is optimized for filleting. The inversed gut opener lets you open the gut of the fish and perform the zipping process smoothly and safely. The blade is made by the Swedish Sandvik Steel 12C27, hardened to 57-59 HRC. The handle is made of a high quality kraton rubber. The FishBlade is delivered with an elegant plastic sheath in a gift pack.

Greatknife
I bought this for deerstalking and I have to say it's pretty perfect. The main blade is strong enough to withstand removing legs and the head but also thin enough for intricate cutting when gralloching.
It saves carrying two blades for when you need to gut an animal and you don't have the risk of puncturing the guy or cutting your finger trying to protect the point of a traditional blade.
