Came perfectly sharp which was nice. The sheath's retention strap gets in the way a bit so not great for a quick unsheathing or sheathing. The leather has a plastic insert that the knife actually goes into, i'm not sure if I love that aspect of it but it works smoothly enough [however the aforementioned sheath strap gets in the way.] The grind of the false edge on top is a bit uneven from one side to the other on mine but it seems to be otherwise very well made. The handle is nice and grippy and the blackened steel has a very nice subtly marbled finish to it. Overall, not perfect but still nonetheless a quality product at a very reasonable price.
