LKW Knives Crusher 刀

Excellent polish made "custom" knife. Very high and solid hunting style, full tang stone washed blade (38 mm) made in NMV (equiv. O2/K720) 4.4 mm thick steel. Handle is very well made in nice burlap micarta, perfectly formed with great ergonomics, though i do find it a bit on the thin side. Finger guard is excellent. Knife is quite heavy, more balanced towards the tip so would also make a decent chopper. Spine is not really good as a scraper for ferro rod but can manage it. For those that like it, the spine also has some decent, not so aggressive jimping. Great "glass breaker" on the pommel, with a lanyard hole that you can just get 550 paracord through (though tight). Sheath is a very nice pancake style kydex affair which is well formed and holds the knife securely. The belt clip is not so great so i replaced it with a tec-lok clip with dangler and ferro rod holder, this improved the carrying capabilities greatly. I would also suggest drilling a small drainage hole at the bottom of the sheath as that is missing. I gave this 4 stars (ideally 4.5 if i could) because of the after market tec-lok and dangler that was really needed to make this knife what it should be, which of course bumps up the overall price. Generally a great knife and well worth the money if you can get one. Recommended.
