The Carinthia G-LOFT® TLG 2.0 Vest is an exceptionally lightweight technical insulation layer designed to keep the core warm without restricting arm movement. At only 237 g in size M, it is ideal for hiking, climbing, shooting, working with tools and other activities where unrestricted upper-body mobility matters.

The zoned ISO Mapping® construction combines 40 g/m² G-LOFT® STi Stable Insulation with 30 g/m² G-LOFT® Ci Compact Insulation. Strategic placement of the two insulation types creates an excellent warmth-to-weight ratio while keeping the vest compact and comfortable.

Techno-Stretch inserts on the torso provide additional flexibility and allow the vest to move naturally with the body. The sleeveless design eliminates restriction around the shoulders and arms, making the TLG 2.0 particularly suitable for precise or highly dynamic tasks.

For the 2.0 generation, Carinthia has introduced a closer-to-body fit that works more efficiently as a mid-layer underneath jackets or equipment. Redesigned zippers improve reliability, while removing the hood and hem drawcord reduces bulk within a layering system.

Storage includes two large zippered side pockets, two mesh inner pockets and one Napoleon inner chest pocket. Compact, light and highly mobile, the TLG 2.0 Vest delivers targeted insulation exactly where it is needed.
