With its unsharpened blade, the Trainer lets you familiarize yourself with a karambit with reduced risk, perfect for first responders who need to know their tools like the back of their hands before going into high-pressure situations. Otherwise, the Trainer is every bit a Provoke®, with the same innovative Kinematic® technology to keep the blade neatly and safely tucked away until needed.

How Kinematic® Works
Nudge the upper crossbar with your thumb—while the rest of your fingers firmly grasp the handle—and the blade lunges to life and locks into place. Shift the discrete lever at the base of the finger loop and the blade retreats into its closed position.
