The Ranger Puukko Knife is a classic Finnish tool: a multi-purpose companion built for wilderness and extreme conditions. Many remember it from military service for many others it’s a familiar tool in official duties. Hunters use it to process game, and campers appreciate it at evening campfires.

The thick blade is made from PTFE-coated carbon steel. PTFE (Teflon) protects otherwise rust-prone steel from corrosion, reduces friction, and keeps dirt from sticking. The coating also meets food-safety certification standards. The blade endures tougher use and is easy to resharpen. In the M95 version, the blade length is 15 cm.

The TPV (thermoplastic vulcanizate) handle has a rubbery feel and is virtually indestructible. It resists wear, impact, chemicals, and extreme weather and temperature swings — and is highly recyclable. The thoughtfully designed shape and texture ensure a solid grip even with wet hands and in field conditions.

The Kydex sheath includes a police-style locking snap loop, allowing you to attach the knife securely to your belt, gear, backpack loops, or MOLLE/PALS webbing. The reliable locking prevents accidental snap openings, and the knife stays firmly seated. Yet it can be drawn quickly and effortlessly with one hand when needed. It’s compatible with modern attachment systems like Ulticlip.
