The grinding is not equal on bouth side. For example the Erapuu knives have better quality in that case.

Geweldig mes als houtsnij mes maar ook als tweede voor voedselbereiding en andere snijtaken. Het blijft wel bij uitstek een houtsnijmes.

Простой и надежный нож со стандартной углеродкой на клинке. Собран качественно. Карельская береза на рукояти приятна в обращении. Размер классический (идеальный для моей ладони шириной в 10 см), лежит в руке плотно.

È un coltello basico, vale quello che costa. Le finiture non sono il massimo, in punta è presente una "sbeccatura" causata dalla lavorazione, la lama ha un filo discreto, sicuramente migliorabile a casa. 3 stelle perché per lo stesso prezzo penso si possa trovare di meglio. Se avessi avuto modo di visionare il prodotto di persona probabilmente non lo avrei comprato. È comunque un coltello solido e si impugna bene. Nota positiva per il fodero, ben fatto e che trattiene molto bene il coltello.
