I was not expecting to like this knife as much as I do! Bought it as a backup to use in food prep and other small tasks, but it really is a beast. I carry it around at the cabin in my pocket and use it for just about anything from small batoning when lighting the sauna, feathering and food prep. Absolutely love this knife! Only two small wishes - wish that the scales would be a tad bit thicker and a that a smaller kydex sheath would be available. The leather sheath is great, but I carry it mostly in my pocket at the cabin and find the sheath a bit big when used like this (don't like neck carry).
