The Marttiini Wilderness Axe is just what I was looking for - a lightweight small hatchet that I can drop into a haversack and barely notice the weight. I plan to use it for maintenance of several trails around the property where I hike, hunt, and camp. It is not heavy enough for serious wood chopping, but works great for clearing branches and vines from my trails.
