Hinderer XM Slippy Spanto 접이식 나이프, stonewashed DLC, 검정

Was really excited to get this knife, and it looks stunning. Unfortunately the blade was too stiff to open one handed - on investigation I found that all the Black coated blades in this model have the same issue. Anni at Lamnia was fantastic and tested another one they had in stock- it had the same problem! I exchanged it for the XM Slippy with the Slicer blade and Lamnia checked it was ok before shipping, and all is fine. Regardless of the above, the XM Slippy is a lovely little knife - very comfortable in the hand, nice and sharp and small / light enough for EDC. If you’re not bothered about a one handed opener this is the better blade option as is a bit stronger. If like me you prefer one handed opening, go for the XM Slippy Slicer! It’s expensive for what you get, but your paying for a Hinderer...
