Fjällräven 캠핑 및 야외 활동
Many products from Fjällräven’s vast catalogue will be familiar to most people. These products include extremely versatile backpacks, accessories and all kinds of equipment for the great outdoors that a hunter, hiker or any nature enthusiast finds useful. However, the prominent presence of the brand is enhanced by the everyday usage potential of the products.
Our story begins with Åke Nordin, a teenager frustrated with his backpack. A decision to make a better one himself led to him founding Fjällräven in Örnsköldvik, Sweden in 1960, only a decade after the initial backpack troubles. Nordin had developed a backpack with an aluminum skeleton that made for a durable and maneuverable piece of essential equipment. The phenomenal success spread all over the world.
Fjällräven, wanting to bring nature close to the people, believes in durability, quality, ecologically sound choices, and versatility. The long lives of the products are of utmost importance, and therefore the company chooses only the most resilient of materials to make sure everything can take the wear and tear of practical use. If needed, these products are also easy to fix, which is another conscious choice on Fjällräven’s behalf. Besides, the responsibility of the producer is a priority value to the company. Paying special attention to ecological options means their products are made with no harmful PFC compounds produced in the process.
