It is used by the artisans in Nusnäs who carve the world-famous Dala horses (Dalahästen). The Morakniv Woodcarving series is renowned for its precision and ease of use, making it a trusted choice for professionals ranging from artisans and boat builders to woodworking teachers. The blade is made from easy-to-sharpen C100S carbon steel, hardened to 58.5 HRC. The handle is crafted from oiled birch. Overall length: 190 mm. Blade length: 82 mm. Blade thickness: 2.5 mm. Total weight with sheath: 81 g. Supplied with a sheath. The polymer sheath is suitable for both right- and left-handed users and features a belt loop for convenient carry.
