This website is the only one that I know that carries the huaregi axes at a great price range. So I finally got a chance to order one but when it arrived it was damaged. The blade had a dent right into the blade edge. This was extremely disappointing because first, it would take forever to get it replaced, these are hand made axes and second, lamnia should have done a better job of boxing there axe. They literally put it into a single wall card board box, no packing or anything! The axe even cane with a leather sheath for the blade attached to the handle that no one bothered to put on. For such a sought after piece of history, it was not treated as such. That being said, i emailed customer setvice about this issue and they were extremely polite, understanding, and gave me options to remedy this issue. I did appreciate that but all of this could have been n prevented by more careful and attention to detail on their packing process.
