The Roselli UHC Carpenter knife is a traditional whittling knife with a blade made from Roselli's UHC-nanosteel and a birch handle coated with linseed oil. The knife stays firmly in your grip even when wet and is suited for all kinds of work. It comes with a simplistic, handcrafted sheath made from tanned leather. The UHC Carpenter knife is a very practical and simple Roselli knife.

UHC (Ultra High Carbon) steel is developed by Heimo Roselli’s own method through years of research and experiments. UHC steel gives the edge extra hardness and sharpness.

All Roselli’s knives are handmade and come with natural birch wood handles that vary in tone and grain.

This is a very good knife that takes a wicked sharp edge. It is light and handy, and the sheath is decent, if a little old-fashioned. (A dangler would have been better).

Fantastisk kniv! Super skarp og ligger rigtig godt i hånden. En rigtig god snittekniv. Det eneste, der trækker lidt ned, er selve skeden. Her er der plads til lidt forbedringer...

Was ein Messer ausmacht, ist die Klinge. Bin kein Fachmann, aber UHC Stahl ist Ultra hart- Stahl, der sich der Härte entsprechend beeindruckend wenig abnutzt (= kaum stumpf wird). Zum Griff lässt sich meiner Meinung nach weniger sagen, da dies sehr individuell und auch Geschmackssache ist. Für mich gibt es keine besseren Klingen, die Griffe sind gut und sehr gut verarbeitet. Kann Roselli Messer uneingeschränkt empfehlen und Fa. Lamnia ebenso

Лучшая аутентичная финка в моей коллекции. Изумительно легла в руку. Заточил на Профиле на 40 градусов и отполировал подвод. Ножны пропитал воском от Salamander. Нож изредка использую на кухне. После чего мою, вытираю на сухо и смазываю Баллистолом. Очень доволен покупкой.
