Jaska Nukari is a professional knife maker from Seinäjoki, Finland. In past years, Nukari also made Puukko knives, but today he focuses on making rustic, handmade kitchen knives.
The selections include all the knives needed in the kitchen in general, but especially popular are chef’s knives that combine European and Asian design, such as Santokus and Gyotos.
For the blade Nukari uses hard and balanced 80CrV2 carbon steel and for the handles mostly Finnish birch.
