This beautiful and highly usable general chef knife impresses with its ability to chop, mince and cut edible matter from meat to vegetables. For the best result, use a somewhat rocking motion and a wooden chopping board if possible.
The hand-forged blade of 17 cm is made out of a popular type of carbon steel, 80CrV2. It should be kept dry and clean and sometimes oiled with cooking oil, for example.
The finishing touch is given by the sturdy walnut wood handle. The knife comes with a blade guard.
