Well its efficient, straight forward and simple. You go to the web site, no scams no convoluted sale schemes. Just straight forward listings with prices. I like that a lot. Second and perhaps more important - efficient. I received my order to the Mid West USA faster than I often receive orders from Retailers based in the US. I know my experience with two very large retailers that often list something as in stock and its not in stock at all and you have to wait for it to show up before they can process it. One large US retailer will take up to 3 days just to take the item off the shelf, package it and mark it as shipped. But actually they have only generated a shipping label with a tracking number and the carrier service doesn't even have the package yet. Yeah retailers games. You get no "games" with Lamnia. Now when I'm looking for a specific knife I go to Lamnia first to see if they have it. I know if I order from Lamnia it will be a straight forward transaction.

The service was OK the knife was fine limana do a good job .ups are crap at delivery I have 2 things delivered by them always late customer service is a robot useless. They are ok I did not read the small print .I then got stung 59 pounds buy ups for import charges.this company is the worst I have ever dealt with .I waited in when the knife finally did get here the guy phoned me and said you can not have it you have not paid the import charges I had told him that I then had to wait till he phoned head office to confirm this then I got my package. I think limana are a ok company . I don't think I will be buying any more from them .not with hidden charges like that .I could have bought the knife in England cheaper.
